Artwork Tips
For the best results, upload the highest quality image you have. Photos with good lighting and sharp detail will produce the best print quality.
Please Note: We print your artwork exactly as uploaded. Low-resolution, blurry or pixelated images will produce a lower quality print, and we cannot be held responsible for the quality of customer-supplied artwork.

Shipping
We operate Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NZST).
As every order is custom made to order, we generally aim to dispatch your order within 24–72 hours. During busier periods or for larger and more complex orders, production times may vary slightly depending on our current order queue.
Once dispatched, most orders are sent using overnight courier services throughout New Zealand. Rural deliveries may require an additional 1–2 business days.
We'll keep you updated every step of the way with email notifications when your order is packed and ready, picked up by the courier, out for delivery, and successfully delivered. You'll also receive tracking details so you can follow your order's journey from dispatch to your door.
