We operate Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NZST).

As every order is custom made to order, we generally aim to dispatch your order within 48–72 hours. During busier periods or for larger and more complex orders, production times may vary slightly depending on our current order queue.

Once dispatched, most orders are sent using overnight courier services throughout New Zealand. Rural deliveries may require an additional 1–2 business days.
